2. Accounts and Event Submissions
Organizers are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and submitting accurate, lawful, and verifiable event information. Submitted listings may be reviewed, edited, rejected, unpublished, or archived by ChemExpoHub.
3. Public Listings and Sponsored Exposure
Only approved public events are eligible for public discovery. Paid sponsorship changes placement or visibility but does not guarantee approval, ranking, traffic, attendance, sales, or endorsement by ChemExpoHub.
4. External Links and Payments
Event pages may link to third-party registration, venue, organizer, or sponsor websites. You are responsible for reviewing those third-party terms. Sponsorship payments are processed through payment providers and may be subject to additional provider terms.
5. Prohibited Use and Enforcement
You may not submit spam, misleading events, illegal content, unsafe links, infringing media, or content that violates applicable law. We may restrict accounts, remove listings, or suspend paid exposure when needed to protect the platform.
