How ChemExpoHub receives, reviews, and applies corrections to public event information.

Scope
Correction requests can cover dates, venues, format, cancellation status, official URLs, organizer information, duplicate records, and relevance concerns.
How to submit
Use the Report an issue form on an event page or email [email protected] with the event URL and an official source for the change.
Review process
Corrections are placed into an editorial queue. Staff may verify official sources, update event fields, reject unsupported changes, or request additional context.
Publication
Accepted corrections update the public listing and may refresh verification fields. Significant changes can affect sitemap and search indexing eligibility.
